Gas-over-oil  Actuators

Oil-over-gas actuators, like gas actuators, use pipeline pressure to open or close the valve. The difference is that in these actuators, a liquid fluid, which is hydraulic oil, is used to apply pipeline gas pressure to the piston. In other words, in Oil-Over-Gas actuators, pipeline pressure and hydraulic oil pressure are simultaneously used and it has the advantages of both hydraulic and gas actuators. These actuators can be used in remote areas where it is difficult to access or establish a hydraulic and electrical energy source, like deserts.
